Terms of Service for Post Pro Cleaning Services

Terms of Service

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between TrioBridge LLC DBA Post Pro Cleaning ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") for residential cleaning services. By booking a service with Post Pro Cleaning, and/or signing a quote, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please note that these terms apply only to residential cleaning jobs. Commercial clients are required to sign a separate contract that outlines different terms and conditions, including those related to cancellation and payment.

1. Service Booking and Payment:

1.1. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

1.2. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made through the accepted payment methods listed on the Post Pro Cleaning website.

1.3. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Post Pro Cleaning to charge the card on file for the amount due on the day of service completion, including any additional charges incurred due to changes in service scope, as discussed and approved by the Customer.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

2.1. The Customer may cancel or reschedule a cleaning service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

3. Refunds:

3.1. Post Pro Cleaning does not provide refunds for completed cleaning services.

3.2. In the event of dissatisfaction with the service, the Customer should contact Post Pro Cleaning within 48 hours to discuss and resolve the issue.

4. Quality Guarantee:

4.1. Post Pro Cleaning guarantees the quality of its home cleaning services.

4.2. If the Customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the home cleaning service, Post Pro Cleaning will return to address and rectify the issue at no additional cost. The Customer must notify Post Pro Cleaning of any concerns within 48 hours of the completion of the cleaning service.

4.3. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to carpet and rug cleaning services. Results for carpet and rug cleaning can vary based on the condition, age, and type of materials. Due to the nature of these services, we cannot offer the same satisfaction guarantee as we do for home cleaning services.

5. Access to Property:

5.1. The Customer agrees to provide the necessary access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.

5.2. If access is denied or delayed, Post Pro Cleaning may charge a $50 fee for the time spent waiting.

6. Safety and Security:

6.1. Post Pro Cleaning's cleaners are instructed to prioritize safety while providing services.

6.2. Valuables and irreplaceable items should be secured by the Customer prior to the cleaning service.

7. Liability:

7.1. Post Pro Cleaning is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improper installation of fixtures and furniture.

7.2. The Customer is responsible for informing Post Pro Cleaning of any valuable or delicate items that require special care.

7.3. Post Pro Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, discoloration, or wear and tear of carpets and rugs. Customers acknowledge that some stains may not be removable and that results may vary.

8. Termination of Service:

8.1. Either party may terminate ongoing cleaning services with written or verbal notice.

8.2. Post Pro Cleaning reserves the right to terminate service if the Customer breaches any terms of this Agreement.

9. Indemnification:

9.1. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Post Pro Cleaning harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Customer's use of the cleaning services.

10. Modification of Terms:

10.1. Post Pro Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.

By booking a service with Post Pro Cleaning, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
